I am a writer and interdisciplinary artist whose work explores belonging, ecology, spirituality, and community. Through poetry, theatre, photography, and collaborative practice, I ask what keeps us rooted in this life.

Precious little time is there 
for flowers to bloom and fall,
But fruit grows quietly and steadily.

  • Through poetry, theatre, photography, research, and community practice, I explore the relationships between ecology, spirituality, mental health, and belonging—trusting that healing begins not in isolation, but in remembering our place within a living world.

  • The art of being alive. Poetry, photography, abstract visual process, fiction, memoir, theatre as ritual, curriculum as liberation. Love letters to this Earth and its people.

  • I make art and change in communion with community. Relationship with reciprocity. I serve the human heart and bloom where I am planted. Pluralism is central. Multicultural spaces are where I thrive.
